Chaga (lat. Inonotus obliquus), or birch mushroom, is the true king of medicinal mushrooms, known in the West as a "Russian superfood". This mushroom is rich in betulin, polyphenols, and special chromogenic complexes, which give the mushroom its dark color and possess strong antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.
